Working with Jessica
I BELIEVE IN ACCEPTANCE, OPENNESS AND UNCONDITIONAL POSITIVE SUPPORT.
I provide ethical, evidence-based therapy to help you achieve better life satisfaction.
I work with clients over a short and long-term basis. Typically, once a client begins to see improvement in their mental health and a reduction in symptoms, we decrease counseling or work towards graduation.
What is most important, is that you feel safe, seen, and heard during treatment. We will have regular check-ins to make sure you are getting your therapeutic needs met and ultimately living a life with more clarity and less unwanted symptoms.
