Meet Dr. Pavelka
Jessica is a licensed professional counselor and National Board Certified Counselor with a private practice in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Her background in mental health and integrative approaches began in 2008, with clinical training through Temple University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with additional study in meditation and breath-based practices with Dr. Lorin Roche.
She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Her work centers on applied psychophysiology, specifically, how breathwork and biofeedback-informed strategies can support the nervous system in managing stress, anxiety, and panic. In her clinical work, she integrates these approaches to help clients build greater awareness, regulation, and resilience.
